Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

To qualify for entry the booking must be for a 2024/2025 wedding date and the booking needs to be confirmed during the period between 1st January 2024 to 29th February 2024. Terms and conditions apply, see below for full details.

We will automatically enter all bookings that qualify into this prize draw to be in with a chance of winning one of these amazing prizes!!!

Full Terms and Conditions:

1. Bookings made between 1st January 2024 – 29th February 2024 qualify for entry. Bookings made outside of this period do not qualify for entry.
2. Bookings for 2024 & 2025 wedding dates qualify for entry to this prize draw. 2026 bookings do not qualify for entry.
3. Bookings must be confirmed by the end of 29th February 2024 to qualify for entry.
4. Bookings are confirmed only when the deposit of £500 has cleared into Upton Barn & Walled Gardens business account AND the order acknowledgement and house rules have been fully signed and dated by both partners and countersigned by Upton. If these conditions are not all met by the end of day on 29th February the booking will not qualify for entry.
5. 1st Prize is 50% off your Upton Barn & Walled Garden Venue Hire (we will include 50% off The 4 Stalls and 50% off The Paddock hire in this prize). The Damage Deposit is not part of the venue hire and must still be paid in full. Drinks, hire items, catering and any other extras or new additions are not included in this prize.
6. 2nd Prize is free hire of The Paddock (usually £500) on the morning of your wedding held at Upton Barn & Walled Garden (from 7am until your ceremony start time).
7. 3rd Prize is 12 Bottles of Prosecco to add to your Wedding Reception Drinks or Toast Drinks to be served on your wedding day at Upton Barn & Walled Garden.
8. The winners will be chosen using a random number generator within 1 month of the closing date.
9. The winner will be notified by email and amended documents will be sent confirming the reduced venue hire price where relevant.
10. Winners will be announced on social media and our website, by entering this competition you are giving permission for us to share your names should you win. If you wish to revoke your permission you will forfeit your entry to the prize draw.
11. All standard house rules and terms of venue hire still apply.
12. Prizes are only redeemable where your wedding is held at Upton Barn & Walled Garden. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
